Hey, did you know that Reader's Digest is still alive? It's a magazine with stories, life hacks, and jokes, it used to be on my grandma's desk, but now they hang out more on the Internet. They offer subscriptions and run some contests, but not everyone enjoys them. If something goes wrong, here's their support https://readers-digest.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html though, people write different things: someone got lucky with an answer, and someone got a bill and nothing. A friend of mine got into trouble once - it's cool to read, but the response is like a quest.
